This page explains what happens to information you give us on this website. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, your phone number or email, the property address if you are asking what your home is worth, and whatever you write in the message box. There is no account to create and nothing is required to browse the listings.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you and to help with the thing you asked about. A person reads every message. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not hand it to anyone for their own marketing.

We share it only where it is part of doing the work you asked for — for example, with a lender, attorney, inspector or the other side's agent in a transaction you are part of, or with a service we use to run this website and our email. Those services act on our instructions.

Email and text

If you ask us to stay in touch, you can stop at any time: reply STOP to a text, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or simply tell us. We will also still answer a direct question you send us, because that is not marketing.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not run advertising trackers or sell data to ad networks. Your browser may store a small amount of information locally so pages work properly.

How long we keep it

Real estate records are kept as long as North Carolina and South Carolina real estate rules require, and enquiries that do not become a transaction are kept only as long as they are useful. Ask us to delete yours and we will, except where a record has to be retained by law.

Children

This site is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
